Administration Assistant


Working within the Broker desk team to support broking activities and ensure the efficient processing of all deals in order to place deals with an appropriate funder


  • Ownership of all deals where our credit department has requested further information (RFI)
  • Liaise with sales staff for supporting information as requested
  • Review all deals as instructed by the Broking Manager to support with resolution of queries
  • Liaise with funders to propose deals at the direction of the Broking Manager
  • Liaise with internal sales support staff to communicate responses from funders
  • Ensure processes are followed in line with regulatory and HHF standards and records are maintained to the highest standard


Key result areas

  • Ensure all lease proposals are turned around within the agreed service standards
  • Ensure all internal policies and regulatory procedures are followed
  • Ensure that HHF continue to approve as many deals as possible within agreed criteria
  • Manage the pipeline with funders to keep them updated on conversion


Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrates and advocates ‘customer first’ mindset
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to multi task and reprioritise tasks throughout the day, effectively managing conflicting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with other team members, departments and customers
  • Works as part of a team, demonstrating co-operation and flexibility
  • Experience with checking documentation – adhering to policies, procedures, legal contracts
  • Experience in the leasing industry preferred but not essential as full training will be given
