Part-time ‘End of Lease Administrator’
We are seeking to appoint a Part-time, End of Lease Administrator based at our offices in Langstone, Newport.
The successful applicant will be employed in our busy ‘End of Lease’ department with responsibilities to include administering all paperwork required in the termination of finance contracts. The position will require dealing with customer, supplier, funder enquiries and the issue of relevant paperwork including invoices.
The initial opportunity is a job share for one day a week on a Friday with potential to increase this further.
The successful candidate will have experience in administration and/or customer services and be completely confident in handling queries by telephone. In addition, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required and experience with Sage would be an advantage, but not essential. Training will also be provided for other in-house systems.
