Payouts Administrator

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a big difference in a company with high growth objectives.

Due to an increasing volumes of work, our marketing leading company is now looking to expand it’s Pay-outs team. This accounts/administration role is in a fast paced, target driven environment perfect for those who are detail focused.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing deals and sending to Funders
  • Dealing with queries and remittances
  • Carrying out equipment delivery checks
  • Accurately recording up-to-date information (electronic and hard copy)
  • To follow all Group processes and procedures
  • To work collaboratively with team mates and other departments

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • GCSE English at Maths (Grade A-C);
  • Accountancy experience desirable
  • Experience in a regulated Financial Services environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
  • Customer service management knowledge and experience;
  • Team and culture fit is essential;
  • High level of Computer literacy including Excel skills, Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Being professional and flexible
  • Problem solving
