We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a 3-6 month contract to support our continued growth strategy. The successful candidate will be a confident and effective influencer capable of providing clear leadership and strategic direction as well as identifying, organising and directing required resources.
Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer and based in our Newport offices, you will be responsible for developing agile project plans, managing and influencing key stakeholders and implementing the delivery of strategic projects particularly with a focus on onboarding and operational change requirements to support key accounts.

It is essential that you have a track record of successfully delivering change management.
A dynamic influencer, you will also have strong customer and stakeholder management capability and be solutions-focussed to overcome project challenges effectively.
Ideally, you will have experience of working in a regulated environment (preferably within financial services).
You should have a Project Management or Process Improvement certification (ideally Prince 2, Six Sigma or similar) excellent stakeholder management, detailed process analysis capability, advanced MS Powerpoint and business change management skills.
