Telemarketing Executive

 

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a big difference in a company with high growth objectives.

This role is based within the Marketing team and will generate leads for all areas of the business. An integral part of the sales process, the role needs drive and self-motivation to succeed in a fast paced B2B sales environment.

Used to working to sales targets you will be confident on the telephone and used to maintaining a sales forecast.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Contact potential new prospects
  • Research accounts and generate leads, ensuring accurate records are kept
  • Attend team meetings and training to keep up to date on the latest developments
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Exceed minimum call volume targets
  • Generate a pipeline of activity and call back requests
  • Generate google reviews, testimonials and potential case studies to support our marketing activity
  • Pro-actively promote Henry Howard Finance to SME’s, creating opportunities to provide quotes and set up appointments
  • Talk to prospects looking at our website whilst they are online
  • Seeking opportunities to close sales and exceed customer expectations
  • Achieving a commission based monthly sales target
  • Managing the contact databases and providing ideas to maximise or improve systems in place
  • Provide relevant information to enable accurate reporting

 

Qualifications and Skills

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent communicator
  • Proven record within B2B Telesales / Telemarketing
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and personable telephone manner
  • Self-motivated and passionate about achieving targets
  • Team player
  • Accurate reporting skills
